Our Beef.

All of our steers are born and raised on our farms.

They live their lives roaming the green pastures! Their diets consist of predominantly grass and hay, but we do supplement them minimally with grain and minerals, mostly during the colder winter months, to keep them healthy and the mama cows producing enough milk for their calves.

We never use antibiotics or growth hormones.

Choose from whole, halves, or quarters* of beef that will be custom butchered by a local butcher. You choose which cuts you’d like, including steaks, roasts, burger, ribs, etc.

*If you would like a whole beef, simply select two halves when ordering. If you think a half is too much for your family, find a friend to split your half with or choose a quarter (you will both need to choose the same cuts).

How much meat is that?

This is an example of what you can expect. The amount of meat you will receive varies based on the size of the animal and the cuts you choose. Customize the cuts with what your family loves.

This steer’s hanging weight was 274lbs. These are the actual numbers of what the customer received for their freezer.
