This is a non-refundable deposit for a half beef share. If you would like a whole, simply select two halves. If you are splitting a half with a friend (to do quarters), only one of you needs to reserve the half.

The cost is $4.95/lb hanging weight + cost of butchering.

Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a confirmation. We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to butchering time.
